Can I tell you how much I love this idea? Yes? Ok, here goes: I really love this idea! Take one cool table lamp...work some rewiring magic and presto chango, a sparkly, dangly, custom light fixture! Thanks to Britt at A Penny Saved, well done!

I have been blogging about 'flipping' furnishings to reinvent their uses but I never thought about flipping a lamp to reinvent it as a fixture. That's a flipping fantastic idea. Some of my flips include a basket/hamper turned sofa side table, a votive holder turned vase and an umbrella stand turned table that my flanks red leather Eames chair.
