Darlene's Kitchen

 Nov 4, 2009

Darlene's old kitchen was a little bit country. Actually, it was a lot bit country. Pretty much zero rock and roll. So she and her husband tackled the task and gave it a head-to-toe redo, and I think it's turned out beautifully! Check out her blog, Our Creative Life, for tons more pictures of all the fun details. Thanks Darlene!

The cabinets look great white! My oak ones could use a push into the 21st century.

Gorgeous ... and Darlene did a great job documenting the transformation on her blog. since her cabinets' "before" look is identical to my cabinets' "now" look --I have hopes of salvaging my kitchen, also!

Lovely redo.

I especially like the idea of taking off the small cabinet doors above the fridge and filling the space with baskets. I may have to try that one out at our house! ;)

Darlene did a great job on her kitchen! We were getting granite at the same time earlier this year & I enjoyed seeing her progress too. It turned out super!
